Comcast (Gateway Smart Packet Detection)

If you are having issues logging in, it may be due to Comcast's detection package.

Comcast has a feature that can cause problems with some high volume websites such as TherapyNotes. We recommend disabling this feature which is called "Gateway Smart Packet Detection". You have two options to disable the feature:

The first option is to call Comcast and let them know that you would like to turn Gateway Smart Packet Detection off.

The second option is to turn it off yourself when you're in your office. To do this, please go to a browser and type in your IP address plus or minus 1. For example, if your IP address is 65.67.23.12, in the address bar type in 65.67.23.11. If the first IP address doesn't work, then try the other one (eg. 65.67.23.13). Then under user name type in cusadmin and the password is high speed. Next, check the Disable Gateway Smart Packet Detection.

If you continue to experience issues, please feel free to contact the support team at support@therapynotes.com or 215-658-4550.
